Thy Art Is kicking out transphobes
Australská skupina Thy Art Is Murder se rozchází se zpěvákem CJ McMahonem, kterého nahradí i v novém albu, které vyšlo 22. září. Oznámili to na svých sociálních sítích a podle všeho se to tímto způsobem dozvěděl i sám CJ.
Mezi CJem a zbytkem skupiny panovaly problémy už delší dobu – naposledy jsme to mohli zaznamenat taky na sociálních sítích, kdy McMahon na svém profilu sdílel anti-trans content, za což si vysloužil kritiku a svůj Instagram poté smazal. V reakci na to kapela postnula trans vlajku na Instagram s popiskem „Setting the record straight, we stand with you.“
McMahon se obratem omluvil ve videu, nicméně podle jeho posledních slov byl video nucen udělat a sám necítí, že by se měl za něco omlouvat.

Letošní Blue Ridge Rock Festival se moc nevyvedl. Většina festivalu byla zrušena kvůli problémům s počasím, jednalo se podle všeho především o preventivní opatření – festival se tak snažil vyhnout poškození stanů či výbavy interpretů.
Blue Ridge deeply regrets the unexpected turn of events that led to the festival's cancellation. The decision, although difficult, was taken in collaboration with an emergency management team, comprised of local, county, and state officials, as well as venue representatives. It was a collective choice made in the best interest of everyone's safety, including attendees, musicians, and campers.
Zrušení festivalu ale nezabránilo například Papa Roach, aby si i tak užili s fans mini show na parkovišti festivalu.

I love you guys but this is a shit fucking take. I am horribly disappointed. ai art STEALS art pieces from real artists to feed into a machine with no artistic input. It’s machine made garbage and i think this is a horrible way to have gone about this.
I love you guys so so dearly but I still think the biggest point of criticism here has been missed. We aren't debating vision. We are debating the ethics of AI automation, and the core elements of theft inherently involved with such creation. Finally, pointing out the clip was 10 seconds seems to be trying to diminish the points your very fanbase have been trying to make.
